Residential New Construction-- Below are progressive construction photos of our new construction project. It is a re-build project that many San Diego residents share, as a result of the wildfires. We will continue to share these photos as our project progresses along. (Photos were provided by our wonderful, talented client on this project! Thank you!)
Remodeled powder bathroom-- A custom-built recessed arch, with hand-crafted glass tiles at the back wall of the arch, featuring amber and natural tones, and a custom-cut beveled mirror.A bronze designer faucet is installed in the wall above a hammered copper vessel sink, sitting above a rustic furniture piece (we modified it to run plumbing inside...). Two iron-wrapped wall sconces light up the room, and a mini 4" recessed can light sets the vessel sink and glass-tiled wall a-glow.
Remodeled Kitchen-- All new custom cabinetry with our own special stain blend. Clients purchased all new stainless steel appliances. Two Murano-glass pendant lights suspend above a large island with gold-toned granite. Versailles travertine flooring throughout. The stovetop has a pot-filler installed in the wall, and is surrounded by hand-made glass and stone rhomboid tiles of varying colors. Appliances such as refrigerator and compact wine fridge are paneled to match the rest of cabinetry in the kitchen.
Backyard Patio Fountain & Garden Area w/ Stone Wall-- Created a new sitting area in backyard, with a brick English-style fountain. Brick fountain runs in a L-shape, and patio repeats same brick. Pool bathroom/ exterior shower built at the side of the house. English country garden wall and steps, leading up to flower garden area, with lion statues and a lion fountain. Clients set up a seating area here as well.
CURRENT PROJECT UNDER-WAY: Dr. Sorge/ Dental Office Tenant Improvement: The following are some Before and After Photos of a current project we are working on. We updated and expanded a dental office, and worked around keeping the office open as construction phases proceeded. More photos will soon follow!
Dr. Carlson's Dental Office/ Tenant Improvement Project: Before and After photos of a dental office we remodeled. All of the cabinetry was in darker espresso tones. Warm, earthy paint colors and contemporary lighting was specified.
Residential Remodel: (MORE PHOTOS RECENTLY ADDED) The following are photos taken at the latter stages of a remodel project. We did an addition to a farm-style home in the Fallbrook area. These photos include the kitchen and laundry room areas.
