Founder, Brent McFarland, has been involved in the design and building of homes since before he graduated from high school and is well versed on the entire construction process whether it is commercial tenant improvements, renovation and remodeling, or new custom home construction. Throughout the last 25 years, Brent has been a carpenter, supervisor, estimator, property manager, contracts administrator, project manager, and business owner. He has experience in constructing over 100 new custom and speculation homes and 8 years of commercial tenant improvements in several different fields of use.

Throughout each project, Brent has heavy involvement in job estimation, plan generation, permit preparation and submittal through extensive multi-discipline CAD experience. He uses Chief Architect to generate 3D renderings providing great visuals for the feel and look of the project as well as the final working drawings to build the project. 

Brent believes in giving back to his community and to other charitable movements through his membership in Rotary International and contribution to non-profit building projects that have a strong impact on those who need it most.
